In commemoration of the Menstrual Hygiene Day 2022, JEF took action to raise awareness and provide support to young women in local schools. We visited schools and distributed sanitary products to over 300 girls in our bid to ensure that every girl has access to essential menstrual hygiene products.
Additionally, we conducted sensitization sessions to break the taboo surrounding menstruation and promote better menstrual hygiene practices. We believe that by empowering young women with knowledge and resources, we can help them lead healthy, confident lives.
